Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you have the right to return the products under the conditions below.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Romanian consumer law (GEO 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.

2. Conditions

• Products must be returned in the condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, unsealed products that cannot be returned on such grounds are exempt, as provided by law.

3. How to return

Let us know your intention to return at contact@aromelis.net, mentioning your order number. We will provide the address and return steps.

4. Refund

We refund the amounts paid (including the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damaged products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping costs.
