This website is operated by Aromelis. Full identification and contact details are available in the site footer and on the contact page. You can reach us any time at contact@aromelis.net.

2. Products and prices

• All displayed prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT.
• Photos are illustrative; as the products are handmade, slight variations in shade or appearance may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or to update product availability.

3. Orders

An order is considered firm once completed on the website. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is no longer available or in the event of an obvious pricing error, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by card, through the authorized processor NETOPIA Payments. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier, according to the options and costs shown at checkout. Full details are on the shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law. Details are provided in the Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, images, logo, design) belongs to Aromelis and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts. You may also use the ANPC platform for alternative dispute resolution.
